A cook book. Why a cook book? Well, we talk about not eating out as much. We talk about using food from CSAs. We talk about not spending as much on prepared food. How are we gonna do that? Well, if you have to cook food, sometimes you need a cookbook. So, I have one even I can use.

I had a great time at a Green Open House put on by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association. I attended one with Chris Cavs of Filmosity.com and our Open House was sponsored by the Basil Bandwagon of Flemington, NJ. I also got to ask a question about the design of "green" houses.
