It's November and that means NaPodPoMo, National PodCast Post Month. One post every day in November. I've chosen to be inspired by the guys over at the GutCheck Cast, and am living the change I want to see in my big, fat gut. I also take some constructive criticism from Evo Terra - to all PodCasters - and use a new clean, modern, Ikea-styled design. Let me know what you think.
